Generations ago, Athena's family cultivated olive groves in the historic Lakonia region of Sparta, Greece—an area renowned for producing some of the world's finest olives. Her great-grandfather proudly owned one of the region's largest family groves, where olives were carefully harvested and cold-pressed into exceptionally pure extra virgin olive oil.
